Each project's scope, price and schedule are confirmed in a written agreement, which governs the work.

Pricing

Any pricing discussed online or by phone is general. Firm prices are given in writing after a site visit.

Conditions found during excavation, such as buried debris or poor soil, may change scope and price, and we will discuss any change with you before continuing.

Scheduling and Weather

Dates are planned in advance but depend on weather and temperature. When conditions would compromise the work, we reschedule and notify you promptly.
